Inspiration from Mexico :: South of the Border!

Here is our Mood Board for this week’s “Monday Musings.” I was inspired to create this theme when Kristy told me she was going for a weekend trip down to Rosarito, Mexico – a beach town on the Baja coast, just 35 miles south of the border. The second half of the summer is when we really slow down, take time to relax but still want to entertain our friends. It is too HOT outdoors, so here a few ideas to cool them down and still have fun.
