It was a sugar-coated evening filled with bite-sized samplings of the gourmet cupcake brand’s latest creations. This will be Georgetown Cupcakes fifth location in the US, with stores already in Washington DC (the flagship and first), Bethesda, New York and Boston. The bakery opened stylish outposts in New York City’s SoHo neighborhood and Boston’s Newbury Street in February and June, respectively. The LA location is the first on the West Coast.
